Love Hotel Chicago! Great neighborhood, warm-hearted, helpful, professional staff, comfortable rooms (with a full-sized fridge!); just really nice in a low key, unpretentious way. In the shadow of Rush Hospital, United Center, Westinghouse High School, and all the Unions HQs—across the street from Teamster City. Close to Union Park, home to Pitchfork and other music festivals.

Paul

I liked the location (went to the United Center for a concert) and had to leave at 2:30am to go the airport. I was worried about going to the parking ramp at that time but because it was locked down, I felt completely safe. Our bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very big and roomy! The woman who checked us in was also amazing, super friendly and very helpful!!!!

Jodi

My room was very nice & comfortable but the toilet seat was extremely low to the ground. Very quiet nights, but construction goes on during the day, nearby, which started around 5 am. I was there for a job training in the area, so I basically just needed a bed to sleep in at night for 2 days. This place served that purpose. Ground level parking right next to motel.

Odella

The staff were friendly. The room was basic and on the smaller side, but still big enough and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was only one seat in the room so if you were sharing with another person that could be an issue but I was travelling alone. There was also a full sized fridge and a microwave which was handy. It is so close to the United Centre.

Leah

I had a small room with a double bed, perfect for one person. And the artwork and furnishings throughout the hotel were sort of retro and made for a very nice environment. I would describe it as a very cute little hotel, and affordable. I was in town overnight for a Billie Eilish concert and it was also near the venue, United Center.
